Postage woes World wide sales

Well, It looks like postage will be going up again soon, Currently domestic proirity mail is $4.60 ( we only ask for $4.50) Since about 50% of our orders are small, I hate the idea of charging so much for postage. But somthing will have to be done if it goes too high.
International sales have increased as well. I think its great that folks in Australia, France and belgium love our products but we now have to deal with custons forms. (thats a new development) It sucks that it costd 3 times more to post to ontario then Texas. (Ontario is closer) usually we eat the cost if it's a nice size order but a $9 texture order with $11 in postage just doesan't work. And that kind of order is increasing. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Up for a challenge?

I just finished a new and unusual kit. It's going to be available in O and G scale. G scale!!!
I've been working on several small narrowgauage critters and the first one is ready for test building. I, unfortunatly and my brother are too swamped to build it right now. I'm still filling orders as quickely as I can and Dave is building the prototype G&D engine house for the march meet next month. (Its our biggest kit ever)
So here's the deal. Volinteers will get two critter kits to build. one for you and one for us. Thats it if you will build a critter and send it back to us before the March meet in chicago, we will give you a critter to keep and the others as well when they are ready. Just send us your address and contact phone number and we will send you the kits.
The critter is a small "Brookville" I'll post some pix soon.
