I hate being behind on deliveries. i keep thinking that sales will slow down and we will get caught up but sales keep stedy and now we are stuck with a constant 2 month backlog. i know this can't continue. people are not going to wait that long to get their kits. It also keeps us from getting new kits to market as well as updates on old kits. people write to us wanting to know if we missed their order. i assure you we haven't. last year we expanded into a large laser printer, It may be time to add another or start contracting printing outside. I hate to do that because i personally like to check every kit. So the swamp is still deep and sticky. hope there aren't any gators hiding around here.

Well, It looks like postage will be going up again soon, Currently domestic proirity mail is $4.60 ( we only ask for $4.50) Since about 50% of our orders are small, I hate the idea of charging so much for postage. But somthing will have to be done if it goes too high.
International sales have increased as well. I think its great that folks in Australia, France and belgium love our products but we now have to deal with custons forms. (thats a new development) It sucks that it costd 3 times more to post to ontario then Texas. (Ontario is closer) usually we eat the cost if it's a nice size order but a $9 texture order with $11 in postage just doesan't work. And that kind of order is increasing. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
