Did I forget to mention?

The two flat. Wile building test and display models of the small house. I was thinking about variations that would be possible. Like taking a second kit and using it to add a L shaped wing or cutting one in half on a diagonal to make sone interesting background flats.
I put one house on top of the other and the resulting 2 flat looked so good I had to go and make it an official kit on its own. I'm adding a covered front porch and a 2 storgy stairway like the one on the Mercantile. Oh boy another kit I have to get built by october.
We are trying to decide how to packedge the house. Certainly single buildings will be available for each of the 5 varieties but We are also thinking about 3 packs and whole neighborhoods.
A neighborhood would include 3 houses, 3 garages, the Mercantile and the two flat. That would keep anyone busy for a building season but I can tell ya from looking at the group of buildings layed out in my workshop (kitchen). It's an impresive set.

Unexpected
Sunday, September 24, 2006, 11:46 AM
I've always enjoyed the "Narrow gauge and short line gazette" I think it's one of the best and most consistant magazines about modeling out there. So I got an unexpected thrill when going through the July august issue to see our "mercantile" reviewed in the new products pages. (pg14)
We would normally submit a product for review but this time it was an individual who liked their purchase enough that they sent in their own review.

Do thank you Bob. You made my day.

I just uploaded the pix from John. I've had them for most of a year and just now got them up for you all to see. So I check my mail and what do you know. There's new mail from John with more pix.
Spooky man.

Small scales

As I've mentioned a few times. We have tested some of our kits in smaller scales. Heres our qounset hut in Z scale. Looks pretty good. It's only about an inch long but I have to say, we will probably make them available along with selected N scale kits sometime soon.

I've wanted to show these for a long time.
Expert modeler and owner of the Gypsy trolly used our ice company as a fals front on his layout. what did he do with the extra stuff he didn't think he needed? Take a look.
Creative modelers are our favorite people.
